A 28 Day Exploratory Experience of Settling into Silence

In a world filled with noise, constant stimulation, and endless to-do lists, we rarely give ourselves the space to simply be. What if, for just a few minutes each day, you could pause—step out of the busy rhythm of life and connect with silence and the stillness within? 

Join us for ‘Settling into Silence’ 

Each day, we’ll gather online for a 15-20 minute session. There are no expectations, no rules—just an opportunity to sit together in silence and explore the quiet space that often goes unnoticed in our busy lives.

What to expect:

Nothing. And everything. These sessions are open, simple, and free of structure. Whether you're new to silence or have an existing practice, this is a space to hold silence together, allowing it to gently unfold however it may. We might not feel still or comfortable to begin with and that's perfect, that’s why we decided on 28 days. To give us an opportunity to practise together and by ourselves, we invite you to be curious and explore what happens when we dedicate time to silence.

Duration: 15-20 minutes each weekday

Dates: Monday 14th October - Sunday 10th November (with a break for half term week)

Time: 10am

Location: Online via (Zoom)

Why silence?

We are constantly engaged—mentally, physically, emotionally—with every moment occupied by something. But in silence, we rediscover the space where clarity, peace, and presence can emerge. This is not about meditation or achieving any specific outcome. It's simply about being.
